What we collect

• Account details: name, email and WhatsApp number.
• Order details: the public links you give us, quantities, comments you write for comments orders, and notes.
• Payment details you submit: method, Transaction ID, amount and payment screenshot. We never ask for your card, PIN, OTP or any password.
• Messages you send to support or to the in-dashboard assistant.

How we use it

• To deliver your orders, verify payments, show your live reports and give support.
• To send you emails about your orders, payments, refills and tickets.
• If you use the AI assistant, your questions are sent to our AI provider only to generate the answer. Do not share personal or payment details in the chat.

Shared reports

If you create a share link for an order report, anyone with the link can see the service, the public link, progress, timeline and proof screenshots. Your name, email, phone number, wallet and payment amounts are never shown. You can revoke the link at any time.

Referrals

If you join through a referral link, we store who referred you so they can receive commission. We use a cookie for 30 days to remember the referral code.

Storage and security

Screenshots and files are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Only you and our team can see them, except proof images you choose to share through a report link.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account and data by contacting support. Some payment records may be kept as required for accounting.
