Wallet balance

[BUSINESS POLICY: choose one] Wallet balance can be used for any service on RealAudience.pk. / Unused wallet balance can be refunded on request within [X] days, minus transfer charges.

Automatic refunds to your wallet

• Partially completed orders: if we cannot deliver the full quantity, the order is closed as partially completed and the amount for the undelivered part is returned to your wallet automatically.
• Cancelled orders: if an order is cancelled, the amount for work not yet delivered is returned to your wallet.

Refill instead of refund

Followers, likes, reactions, members and similar services that show a refill period (usually 15 days from completion) are protected against drops: request a free refill from the order page. A drop inside the refill period is fixed with a refill, not a cash refund. Views, comments, poll votes, shares, story views and live viewers have no refill.

No refund for

• Work already delivered and shown in your report.
• Drops after the refill period ends.
• Orders where the account or content was made private, deleted or changed during delivery (the undelivered part is still returned to your wallet).
• Orders stopped because they broke our Terms.

Custom services

Refunds for custom work are agreed case by case, based on the work already done.
